Tanggung jawab
- Menangani pertanyaan dan keluhan pelanggan terkait pesanan, pembayaran, pengiriman, dan akun sesuai SOP.
- Memberikan solusi yang cepat, tepat, dan berorientasi pada kepuasan pelanggan.
- Berkomunikasi secara jelas dan profesional melalui chat, email, atau telepon.
- Mengoperasikan sistem customer service dan memperbarui data kasus secara akurat.
- Mengelola beberapa tiket secara bersamaan serta melakukan eskalasi bila diperlukan.
- Beradaptasi dengan perubahan kebijakan, sistem, dan target layanan.
Kualifikasi
- Laki-laki
- Pendidikan: Minimal Diploma 3 (D3) dari segala jurusan.
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi tertulis yang sangat baik.
- Kecepatan mengetik minimal 50 WPM (Words Per Minute) dengan tingkat akurasi 93% (Wajib melampirkan bukti tes mengetik).
- Kemampuan untuk menangani beberapa percakapan chat secara bersamaan dan bekerja dalam tekanan.
- Terampil dalam menggunakan platform live chat
- Terampil dalam melakukan input data (data entry) dan analisis data dasar.
- Mahir mengoperasikan komputer, khususnya Google Workspace (Google Sheets) dan Microsoft Office.
- Menguasai Bahasa Indonesia yang baik dan benar (lisan dan tulisan). Kemampuan Bahasa Inggris akan menjadi nilai tambah.
- Memiliki sikap kerja yang positif, profesional, dan berorientasi pada pencapaian target (target-oriented).
- Siap untuk shifting 24 Jam (Shifting dibagi jadi 3 waktu)
