Qualification :


• Pendidikan minimal D3 dari semua jurusan


• Memiliki pengalaman sebagai customer service, sales, telesales, marketing, digital marketing, account officer, atau bidang terkait lainnya


• Berkomunikasi dengan baik dalam Bahasa Indonesia (kemampuan lisan Bahasa Inggris yang baik akan menjadi nilai tambah)


• Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi tertulis yang baik


• Bersedia bekerja on-site di kantor TP Indonesia site Surakarta


• Mampu dan percaya diri dalam menangani panggilan telepon, chat, dan email out-bond


• Fleksibilitas untuk bekerja dalam shift dan jam kerja

Responsibility :


• Mendukung penjual secara efektif di platform e-commerce, memastikan pertumbuhan bisnis mereka melalui keunggulan operasional, strategi pemasaran, dan eksekusi penjualan.


• Membangun dan memelihara hubungan yang kuat dengan klien utama, bertindak sebagai kontak utama mereka, memenuhi kebutuhan mereka, dan memberikan solusi.


• Memantau kinerja penjual dan mengidentifikasi peluang pertumbuhan.


• Memahami tujuan dan tantangan bisnis klien untuk menawarkan saran dan solusi yang disesuaikan serta menetapkan dan mencapai target pendapatan mereka melalui strategi e-commerce yang efektif.


• Memiliki kemampuan penjualan dan memengaruhi yang kuat, serta mampu meyakinkan
sellers
melalui komunikasi lisan dan tertulis untuk bergabung dalam kampanye promosi e-commerce.
