  • Pengalaman minimal 5 tahun di posisi yang sama sebagai Head Chef, baik di Hotel, Cafe atau Restaurant.
  • Memahami dan mengerti mengenai HACCP, Food Safety, Hygien dan Sanitasi.
  • Memahami mengenai Inventory.
  • Menguasai berbagai jenis masakan, seperti Western, Middle East dan Asia, dan idealnya juga bisa mengetahui Fusion Cuisine.
  • Bertanggung jawab atas operasional dapur secara keseluruhan, termasuk kualitas, kebersihan, dan manajemen stok.
  • Mampu memimpin dan mengelola tim dapur, serta dapat bekerja sama dengan Team.
  • Memahami mengenai Food Cost.
  • Bisa berbahasa Inggris, baik Lisan ataupun Tulisan.
  • Mampu bekerja dalam lingkungan yang dinamis dan siap bekerja dengan jam kerja fleksibel, termasuk akhir pekan dan hari libur.
  • Bisa bergabung dengan cepat.
  • Berdomisili di Bali.
