MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Documentation and Mapping:

  • Analyzing and documenting international english curricula.
  • Mapping international curriculum resources content to align with local curriculum standards.
  • Developing comprehensive materials to facilitate seamless integration of international and local curricula.

Travel:

  • Willingness to travel extensively across Indonesia to conduct training sessions, workshops, and provide on-site support to educational institutions.

Teaching Experience:

  • Preferably experienced as a teacher in an SPK (Satuan Pendidikan Kerjasama) or National Plus School.
  • Utilizing your teaching experience to enhance the delivery of science-related academic training.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with educational institutions to understand their specific needs and customize training programs accordingly.
  • Providing support and guidance to teachers in implementing effective science teaching methodologies.
  • Staying updated on the latest advancements in English education and incorporating relevant content into training programs.

REQUIREMENTS

Based in Jabodetabek (preferably in BSD or Tangerang area)

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field. A teaching certification is a plus.
  • Hold a certifiaction in English Language Teaching such as CELTA/TEFL/TESOL would be beneficial.

Experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience in teaching science subjects.
  • Prior experience in an SPK or National Plus School is highly preferred.

Curriculum Expertise:

  • Strong understanding of both international and local science curricula.
  • Proven ability to map and align curriculum content effectively.

Communication Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Ability to convey complex scientific concepts in a clear and engaging manner.

Adaptability:

  • Flexibility and adaptability to tailor training programs to the unique needs of diverse educational institutions.

Tech-Savvy:

  • Proficiency in using educational technology tools and platforms for curriculum development and training.
