Job Description:

  • Berpartisipasi aktif dalam kegiatan dan koordinasi tim untuk menjaga kolaborasi serta efektivitas kerja.
  • Memberikan dukungan (back-up) kepada anggota tim lain apabila terdapat kendala atau beban kerja berlebih.
  • Melakukan validasi hasil kerja agar sesuai dengan arahan, ketentuan, dan standar operasional yang berlaku.
  • Menangani eskalasi kendala ke tim Support Level 3 (vendor atau technical team) jika diperlukan.
  • Memberikan dukungan pengguna (user support) dan operasional aplikasi untuk modul-modul:
  • FAM (Fixed Asset Management)
  • IEM (Investment & Expense Management)
  • BGP (Budget Planning)
  • CON (Contract Management)
  • Termasuk kegiatan Access Management (pembuatan, perubahan, dan penghapusan akses pengguna).
  • Menangani tiket permintaan dan insiden secara cepat dan tepat sesuai Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • Melakukan konfigurasi dan pengaturan kewenangan (role & authorization) sesuai dengan User Access Matrix (UAM).
  • Mendokumentasikan seluruh aktivitas support, termasuk validasi hasil kerja, penyelesaian tiket, dan catatan eskalasi.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim operasional, IT, dan vendor untuk memastikan penyelesaian masalah yang efektif dan tepat waktu.

Requirements:

  • Minimal S1 di bidang Teknik Informatika, Sistem Informasi, Ilmu Komputer, Akuntansi, atau bidang terkait.
  • Minimal 1 tahun pengalaman kerja di bidang Application Support / IT Helpdesk / System Operation.
  • Pengalaman dalam dukungan sistem keuangan atau akuntansi manajemen (Finance & Management Accounting System) akan menjadi nilai tambah.
  • Familiar dengan proyek-proyek di lingkungan perbankan atau lembaga keuangan lebih disukai.
  • Pemahaman yang baik mengenai konsep role-based access control dan user management.
  • Mampu melakukan troubleshooting dasar terhadap permasalahan aplikasi dan user access.
  • Menguasai penggunaan sistem ticketing (seperti Jira, ServiceNow, atau Freshdesk).
  • Mampu membaca dan memahami alur bisnis keuangan dan akuntansi manajemen.
  • Terampil dalam menyusun laporan dan dokumentasi aktivitas support.
  • Komunikatif, proaktif, dan memiliki kemampuan interpersonal yang baik.
  • Mampu bekerja sama dalam tim serta tanggap terhadap kebutuhan pengguna.
  • Disiplin, teliti, dan berorientasi pada hasil.
