PT Predmet Construction is a fast-growing construction and development company in Bali, implementing Odoo as our core ERP system. We are seeking a skilled Odoo expert who can tailor the system to our operational needs. Part-Time or Project-Based.

Responsibilities
  • Customize and configure Odoo modules (Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, HR, Accounting).
  • Develop or modify Odoo modules (if needed).
  • Improve workflows and automate business processes.
  • Integrate Odoo with internal tools and external systems.
  • Provide training sessions for internal team members.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support during the project.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years hands-on experience with Odoo (v12–v17).
  • Strong knowledge of Python, XML, PostgreSQL, and Odoo Framework.
  • Proven experience customizing Odoo for real business operations.
  • Experience with API integrations is a plus.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical staff.
  • Previous work with construction or manufacturing companies is an advantage.
  • Preferably from Bali (not a must)
