HVAC Technician

About the role

As an HVAC Technician at PT Bali Holiday Village (Club Med), you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across our resort in Bintan, Kepulauan Riau. This is a contract role, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic and exciting environment.

What you'll be doing

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, heaters, ventilation equipment, and related components
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks such as filter changes, system cleanings, and performance checks
• Document all maintenance and repair activities to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
• Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and implement energy-efficient solutions
• Respond promptly to HVAC-related service requests from our guests and staff
• Ensure a safe and comfortable indoor environment for all occupants

What we're looking for

• Formal training or certification in HVAC systems, such as a diploma or degree in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as an HVAC technician, preferably in the hospitality or resort industry
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to diagnose and repair complex HVAC issues
• Working knowledge of HVAC system components, refrigerants, and electrical/mechanical principles
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues
• Valid driver's licence and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
