Job Descripton :
  • Mengelola 1 section dapur (hot/cold/pastry/grill).
  • Menyiapkan dan memasak makanan sesuai standar rasa & plating hotel.
  • Memimpin Commis/Cook Helper dalam operasional harian.
  • Mengontrol stock bahan, mengecek kebutuhan, dan mengurangi waste.
  • Menjaga kebersihan area kerja & mematuhi standar food safety/HACCP.
  • Membantu pengembangan menu & daily production.
Kualifikasi :
  • Pendidikan minimal SMK Perhotelan / Tata Boga.
  • Pengalaman min. 1-2 tahun sebagai CDP atau 3–4 tahun sebagai Demi Chef/Commis I.
  • Menguasai teknik memasak sesuai section (hot/cold/pastry/bakery).
  • Memahami food safety, hygiene, dan standar HACCP.
  • Kemampuan leadership & teamwork yang baik.
  • Kreatif, disiplin, dan mampu bekerja cepat dalam tekanan.
  • Fleksibel bekerja shift, weekend, dan hari libur.
