Job Description :

  1. Ensure supplier resource availability to support project implementation, improve team flexibility, and meet project requirements.
  2. Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations and resolve major supplier issues through collaboration with the project team.
  3. Manage supplier development, relationships, and collaboration to maintain strong partnerships.
  4. Monitor and analyze supplier KPIs, including Team Fulfilment Rate, PTP, Productivity, and other performance indicators.
  5. Gather and analyze market information to identify and source potential suppliers.
  6. Handle supplier qualification processes and conduct audits of supplier quality certifications.
  7. Receive, analyze, and execute supplier selection requests according to project needs.
  8. Organize contract handovers and monitor contract fulfillment progress.
  9. Perform other tasks assigned by the department related to supplier management and project activities.
  10. Comply with company (BCG) regulations and ensure no violation of procurement or compliance policies.

Requirement :

  1. Bachelor's degree in any major, with a preference for Engineering
  2. Preferred 3+ years of total working experience, with experience in telco industry/project management or procurement
  3. Fluency in English (mandatory), with Mandarin proficiency preferred
  4. Proficiency in MS Office and standardized test scores of related professional skills
  5. Professional knowledge in procurement, project management, and basic communication knowledge such as TCP/IP protocol, network topology, and 2G/3G/LTE/5G technology etc.
  6. Strong responsibility and ability to work under pressure
  7. Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision
  8. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  9. Result-oriented approach
