Job Description

  • Prepare, organize, and maintain administrative documents and files.
  • Input and manage data in Coretax and other internal systems.
  • Coordinate and communicate with external consultants regarding required documents, updates, and submissions.
  • Prepare regular reports and ensure timely submission.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.
  • Support internal teams with ad-hoc administrative needs.

Requirement

  • Minimum of Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
  • Able to communicate in English (written and spoken).
  • Experienced in using Coretax or other tax-related systems/software.
  • Strong skills in documentation and report preparation.
  • Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Previous experience in administrative or tax-related roles is preferred.
