  • Proficient in spoken Mandarin

  • Highly detail-oriented, well-organized, and equipped with strong negotiation skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain all administrative activities and documentation related to product development stages, materials, and finished products
  • Prepare and compile data to support market trend analysis and consumer needs identification through research and surveys
  • Develop priority agendas and monitor the progress of product development projects with appointed vendors and suppliers
  • Assist the Head of Division in developing, completing, and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for product warehouse operations, including Receiving, Storage, Distribution, and Complaint Handling
  • Ensure proper archiving, storage, and handling of samples, products, and laboratory equipment in accordance with established procedures
  • Coordinate effectively with internal departments and external vendors/suppliers to ensure alignment and adherence to product development timelines
  • Participate in the planning, scheduling, and execution of company product development projects
  • Prepare and support documentation required for product registration and regulatory submission to BPOM
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Head of Division to support R&D operations
