Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for Off-grid Solar PV projects across Indonesia, especially in Mining Industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and potential project sites.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to prepare proposals, feasibility studies, and project presentations.
  • Support end-to-end business development process, from lead generation to contract negotiation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, policies, and renewable energy innovations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Economics/Management is preferable.
  • 2–5 years of experience as a Sales Executive, Sales Staff, or Business Development Staff in the Mining Industry
  • Strong interest and passion for renewable energy and sustainability.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Willingness to travel within Indonesia if required.
