Job Summary:

The MEP Quantity Surveyor is responsible for managing all cost and contract-related aspects of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works within the project. The role ensures accurate quantity take-offs, cost estimation, tender evaluation, and contract administration, as well as effective monitoring of project costs to ensure they remain within budget and comply with specifications and standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related technical field.

Experience:

1.     Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor specializing in MEP works.

2.     Experience in construction, fit-out, or building services projects preferred.

Technical Skills:

1.     Strong knowledge of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection).

2.     Proficient in quantity take-off, cost estimation, and contract administration.

3.     Familiar with MS Excel, and quantity measurement software.

4.     Understanding of project contracts, tendering, and procurement processes.
