Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Account Executive. The Account Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, developing and executing account strategies, identifying opportunities to drive business growth, and managing communication between clients and internal teams. The role includes ensuring client satisfaction, negotiating contracts, and contributing to overall revenue goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in account management, client relationship management, and business development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with clients and internal teams
  • Sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals
  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs and providing solutions
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Adaptability to remote work and collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge in digital marketing or content marketing is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
