Job Descriptions:

  • Create relevant strategies in regions and distributors
  • Make the entire team understand the strategy given by Head Office
  • Maintain good relations with distributors in the region
  • Mapping the team's capabilities in terms of development areas and personal strengths and discussing them with Head Office
  • Managing, coaching and motivating a team of sales to deliver outstanding sales performance
  • Collaborate with other internal work functions and ensure that business plans are always updated and provide accurate information.
