Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

  • Memastikan SOP outlet (kebersihan, Front Office, keamanan, dan kenyamanan) diterapkan sesuai standar.
  • ⁠Melakukan inspeksi rutin dan audit operasional di seluruh fasilitas Club.
  • ⁠Mengawasi kebersihan area publik, kamar, restoran, lobby, dan fasilitas umum.
  • ⁠Memastikan pelayanan Front Office berjalan efisien dan sesuai prosedur.
  • ⁠Berkoordinasi dengan Front office, security, engineering, untuk memastikan kelancaran operasional.
  • ⁠Menangani keluhan terkait kenyamanan member dan memberikan solusi cepat.
  • ⁠Mengelola vendor kebersihan, keamanan, serta pemeliharaan fasilitas.
  • ⁠Menyusun laporan evaluasi, memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan, dan memastikan kepatuhan regulasi.

Kualifikasi:

  • Minimal D3/S1 Manajemen Perhotelan, Teknik, atau bidang terkait lebih disukai
  • Pengalaman 2-3 tahun sebagai Facility Manager di hotel atau industri hospitality.
  • Memahami standar kebersihan, operasional Front Office, keamanan, dan kenyamanan tamu.
  • Kuat dalam audit, inspeksi, manajemen tim, dan koordinasi antar departemen.
  • Teliti, proaktif, memiliki keterampilan komunikasi dan problem-solving yang baik.
