Job Requirements
  • D3/S1 in Accounting; Customs Expert certification or Brevet Tax certification is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of export–import accounting, customs regulations, licensing, reporting, and international taxation.
  • Proficient in ERP/accounting systems and experienced with Exim documents (invoice, packing list, BL, LC, etc.).
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical, cost analysis, and risk assessment skills; disciplined with deadlines and administrative accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills, including correspondence with international partners.
  • Active English proficiency; Mandarin or Japanese is an advantage.
  • Experienced in the importation of electronic goods.
  • Holds a Customs Expert Certificate (Sertifikat Ahli Kepabeanan).
  • Registered as a Customs Brokerage Service Provider (PPJK – Pengusaha Pengurusan Jasa Kepabeanan).

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare budgeting plans for export and import expenditures.
  • Ensure full compliance with customs regulations and international tax requirements.
  • Support the Exim team in preparing export–import documentation according to standards.
  • Calculate logistics, freight, and insurance costs for international transactions.
