Qualifications :

  • Strong leadership, service-oriented mindset, and strategic thinking;
  • Ability to effectively handle and resolve tenant complaints;
  • In-depth knowledge of industrial estate regulations, licensing, and tenant support services;
  • Proficient in project management, cross-department coordination, and managerial reporting;
  • Willing to be placed in North Morowali, Central Sulawesi, with a roster working system.

Job Descriptions :

  • Provide reports and act as the main liaison between the company and tenants in following up on tenant needs, complaints, and requests related to estate facilities and services;
  • Coordinate with relevant departments (engineering, security, estate management, etc.) in resolving tenant operational issues;
  • Supervise administrative processes related to tenants, such as lease agreements, notification letters, and monthly tenant reports;
  • Prepare and oversee the operational schedule for transportation;
  • Ensure vehicles and routes are maintained in optimal condition;
  • Prepare operational reports and evaluate transportation needs;
  • Provide strategic input to management regarding estate development based on tenant requirements;
  • Analyze tenant needs and trends, and provide recommendations to enhance the estate's competitiveness.
