We're looking for a Junior SEO Specialist who can own and execute SEO strategies across multiple clients and industries. If you live and breathe organic growth, understand both technical and on-page SEO, and know how to work with content and web teams, this role is for you.

About the Role

You must be willing to work on-site in Bali (Tumbak Bayuh). Remote is not available for this role.

As our Junior SEO Specialist, you'll take full ownership of writing, handling audits, optimizing websites, leading keyword strategies, and working with content creators to build high-ranking, high-converting assets.

You'll be part of an integrated marketing team that values measurable results, creativity, and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth SEO audits and implement technical, on-page, and off-page improvements.
  • Build and execute comprehensive SEO strategies across multiple brands and domains.
  • Perform keyword research, mapping, and content planning aligned with user intent.
  • Write SEO articles for blogs, landing pages, and web copy.
  • Monitor, track, and report on SEO performance (rankings, CTR, traffic, conversions).
  • Optimize site architecture, internal linking, and page speed.
  • Identify backlink opportunities and support off-page SEO initiatives.
  • Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and SEO best practices.
  • Work closely with developers, designers, and marketers to ensure SEO-friendly execution.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience working in a digital agency, preferably with SEO focus.
  • Excellent writing, editing, proofreading skills, and compelling content optimized for search engines.
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles, content marketing, and keyword research.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
  • Experience in writing for digital platforms, preferably with some SEO content experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

  • Keyword rankings (top 3, top 10).
  • Organic traffic growth.

  • Bounce rate and dwell time.
  • Domain and page authority.
  • Backlink acquisition.
  • Conversion from organic traffic.
