Requirement :

  • S1 Teknik Sipil
  • Pengalaman minimal 3 - 7 tahun diproyek tambang / earthwork / heavy construction

  • Menguasai :

  • Perencanaan jalan tambang (geometri, grade, cross-section)

  • Earthwork dan cut-fill balancing
  • Hydrology & drainage design
  • AutoCAD, Civil 3D, dan perhitungan volume
  • Berpengalaman dalam QC konstruksi: soil compaction, material testing, stabilitas tanah, dll
  • Memahami standar K3 dan regulasi ESDM terkait konstruksi tambang
  • Bersedia bekerja site roster

Key Responsibilities :

Water System

  • Merancang dan mengawasi pembangunan sistem air untuk area tambang, termasuk :

  • Raw water intak & distribusi

  • Dewatering system (pompa pit, sump, pipeline)
  • Settling pond & drainage water flow
  • Pemasangan pipa HDPE / galvanis
  • Pompa berkapasitas kecil-besar (diesel / electric).
  • Melakukan perhitungan kapasitas pompa, flow rate, pipeline sizing & head loss
  • Memastikan keberlanjutan supply watter untuk workshop, camp, crushing, dan fasilitas lainnya.
  • Mengawasi pekerjaan instalasi pipa, manifold, valve, panel pompa, dan power supply

Telecommunication System

  • Membangun dan mengawasi instalasi :

  • Radio komunikasi tambang (VHF/UHF)

  • Pemasangan tower telekomunikasi, repeater, dan base station
  • Fiber optic backbone untuk area tambang
  • Networth switch, access point, dan server room kecil
  • Sistem CCTV mining di area pit, workshop, gate, dan jetty
  • Menyusun jaringan komunikasi tambang untuk operasi dan keselamatan kerja
  • Melakukan testing & commisioning sistem komunikasi dan water system
  • Menyusun SOP operasional dan maintenance
  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim konstruksi, HSE, operasi dan vendor eksternal
  • Membuat laporan progres harian/mingguan
