The Procurement Executive helps HMNS source and purchase materials from international suppliers, especially China. This role handles RFQ, negotiation, cost checking, and import–export documents to ensure materials arrive on time and at the best price. You will work with Product, R&D, Supply Chain, and Finance to support daily procurement and new product development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, International Business, or related fields.
  • 2 years experience in international procurement/sourcing (beauty, FMCG, packaging, or consumer goods preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of import–export, customs regulations, HS codes, and international trade terms (Incoterms).
  • Direct experience working with suppliers from China.
  • Skilled in RFQ/RFP, supplier negotiation, landed cost calculation, and vendor evaluation.
  • Proficient in spreadsheets (Pivot, VLOOKUP, cost calculator).
  • Strong communication in Bahasa Indonesia & English; Mandarin is a plus.
  • Experience using ERP/Procurement systems (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus.
