Job description
As the
Customer Success Executive
of PT Anon Security you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional support to our partners. You will be expected to engage with partners, build relationships, understand their needs, and offer solutions to help protect their businesses from cyber threats.
Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management and Events planning
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers after onboarding
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key customer stakeholders
- Coordinate and plan events with principals.
Onboarding & Enablement
- Assist customer onboarding in collaboration with Sales, Technical Support, and Professional Services
Renewals & Growth
- Support contract renewals by demonstrating ongoing value
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with Sales
Reporting & Feedback
- Gather customer feedback and relay insights to Product and Management teams
