  • Teliti, proaktif, dan mampu bekerja dengan target.
  • Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun tim.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Menyusun strategi dan rencana rekrutmen tahunan sesuai kebutuhan divisi Produksi, RnD, QA/QC, PPIC, Purchasing, Finance, HR, dan Marketing.
  • Melakukan end-to-end recruitment
  • Job posting, screening CV, interview HR, psikotes dasar, koordinasi user interview
  • Reference check dan administrasi offering
  • Membuat dan mengembangkan Talent Pool
  • Mengelola kanal rekrutmen: Job portal, LinkedIn, sosial media
  • Menguasai profil kompetensi posisi teknis seperti: formulator skincare, sample maker, QA, QC, PPIC, staff produksi, dll.
  • Menyusun laporan rekrutmen mingguan dan bulanan kepada HR Manager dan manajemen.
  • Memastikan pengalaman kandidat (candidate experience) berjalan positif dan profesional.
  • Melakukan proses administrasi rekrutmen (jadwal interview, laporan rekrutmen, arsip dokumen).
