Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Information Systems.
  • Minimum 3 years of IT Application experience in the F&B/retail industry (preferably).
  • Skilled with NetSuite ERP (SuiteScript 1.0/2.0, SuiteQL, SuiteTalk REST API, Workflow, Custom Records).
  • Experience in web and mobile app development, including backend and ERP integration.
  • Proficient in modern web frameworks (Laravel, , ) and mobile frameworks (Flutter, React Native).
  • Strong understanding of API-based architecture (RESTful, JSON) and system integration.
  • Experienced with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
  • Proficient with Git and Agile/Scrum methodology.

Job Description:

  • Lead and coordinate the application development team through analysis, design, development, and implementation.
  • Evaluate and plan new application requests from users.
  • Ensure system performance and stability through monitoring, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
  • Manage end-to-end application development projects, including testing, UAT, and documentation.
  • Develop and enforce SOPs for system development and change management.
  • Work with external vendors on third-party app procurement, development, and integration.
  • Provide technical support and internal training for application users.
  • Prepare regular reports on project status, application performance, and system improvements.
  • Ensure data security and system integrity in line with IT policies.
