Trainee Accounts cum Client Executive for a Australian BPO. | Work from Home

We're in search of a talented and meticulous Trainee Accounts and Client Executive to join our rapidly expanding team. As a Trainee Accounts and Client Executive, you'll be instrumental in maintaining precise financial records and providing essential support to our clients on a daily basis. We're looking for an enthusiastic individual with exceptional organizational and communication skills, coupled with a keen eye for detail.

Ideal candidates should:

  • Demonstrate fluency in English.
  • Be capable of handling international calls from Australia.
  • Possess experience with Xero/QuickBooks software.
  • Preferably have a background in Call Centre/Administration/Reception/Accounting or similar roles.
  • Manage incoming phone inquiries and route calls to the appropriate personnel.
  • Engage effectively with individuals with disabilities.
  • Exhibit self-starting initiative.
  • Uphold a strong team ethic and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Project a vibrant and engaging personality.

Requirements include a stable internet connection and a laptop.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Fluent in English: Strong verbal and written skills for client interactions.
  • Background in Call Center, Administration, or Reception: Preferred but not essential.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail with effective time management.
  • Team-Oriented: Positive, adaptable, and reliable within a team-based environment.
  • Empathetic Communication: Able to connect and interact sensitively with clients in the health and disability sectors.
  • Technical Requirements: Reliable internet connection and access to a laptop or PC.
  • Availability: Monday to Friday, from 6 am to 3 pm Saturday 6am to 10am (Indonesian time)

Pay and Benefits

  • Training Period: IDR 1.5 million to IDR 2.5 million monthly, with potential for increases based on performance
