Tanggung Jawab Utama:
  • Menyediakan nasihat dan opini hukum untuk departemen internal terkait kegiatan operasional perusahaan.
  • Merancang, meninjau, dan menegosiasikan berbagai kontrak komersial (misalnya perjanjian supplier/vendor, distributor, pemasaran, dll.) agar terkoordinasi dengan baik dan sesuai peraturan dan sistem perusahaan.
  • Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku di industri makanan dan minuman (BPOM, Halal, Standar SNI, dll.).
  • Mengelola dan mengawasi proses perizinan perusahaan agar terlapor sesuai jadwal.
  • Mengelola sengketa dan litigasi (jika ada) dan bekerja sama dengan pihak eksternal bila diperlukan.
  • Mengembangkan dan memperbarui kebijakan serta prosedur internal terkait kepatuhan hukum.
  • Memberikan pelatihan dan edukasi hukum kepada karyawan.
Kualifikasi:
  • Gelar Sarjana (S1) Hukum.
  • Minimal 3-5 tahun pengalaman kerja di bidang hukum, diutamakan dengan pengalaman relevan di industri FMCG (makanan) atau kantor hukum yang menangani klien FMCG.
  • Memahami secara mendalam regulasi dan perizinan terkait industri makanan di Indonesia.
  • Keterampilan negosiasi dan drafting kontrak yang sangat baik.
  • Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim.
  • Berpikir analitis, detail-oriented, dan mampu memecahkan masalah dengan cepat dan tepat.
  • Kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal dan presentasi yang kuat.
  • Mampu bekerja dengan sangat baik dalam lingkungan kerja yang dinamis dan memenuhi tenggat waktu.
