  1. Deliver exceptional customer service in line with our luxury brand standards
  2. Actively engage with customers, understand their preferences, and drive sales through product storytelling and upselling
  3. Prepare and serve beverages (coffee, chocolate drinks, etc.) according to brand and hygiene standards
  4. Present and explain products with confidence, including chocolate knowledge, tasting, and pairing recommendations are plus.
  5. Handle cashier duties accurately, including POS transactions and cash handling.
  6. Maintain a clean, elegant, and well-organized store and bar area at all times
  7. Support visual merchandising and ensure products are displayed according to brand guidelines
  8. Assist in stock management, replenishment, and inventory control
  9. Work collaboratively with the team to achieve individual and store sales targets
  10. Uphold hygiene, safety, and food handling standards consistently

Requirements:

  • Communicative, friendly, and confident in interacting with customers
  • Sales-oriented mindset with passion for luxury retail and hospitality
  • Strong focus on excellence in customer service
  • Experience in retail, F&B, barista, or retail luxury brands is an advantage
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Professional and positive attitude
  • Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • Able to communicate in English (basic to conversational)
