As a QS Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the cost management and contract administration of various projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and meet quality expectations.

Requirements:

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying or cost management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Have strong knowledge of cost estimation, budgeting, tendering, and contract administration.
  • Proficient in using QS tools/software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Exhibit excellent analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage project cost estimation, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure financial efficiency.
  • Oversee contract administration, including tender preparation, evaluation, and negotiation.
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide solutions to mitigate financial risks in projects.
  • Collaborate with project teams to monitor progress and control costs effectively.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed reports on project costs, variations, and final accounts.
