Description

Join a dynamic and multicultural local team in the heart of Indonesia, and take an active part in launching our operations on site. This job immerses you in the daily life of a newly created local travel agency focus on French market. You'll be in direct contact with our travellers and partners to ensure smooth operations and high-quality experiences. Your Missions

  • Manage and update programs, rates, and content within our internal tools.
  • Take part in creating tailor-made trips for individuals and small groups.
  • Handle client requests and relations before / during / after the trip.
  • Coordinate the logistics of stays: accommodations, transfers, guides, and activities.
  • Check and update travel documents (roadbooks, vouchers, contact sheets).
  • Contribute to marketing production (texts, visuals, product sheets).
  • Assist in production development.

Your Profil

  • Able to speak and write French.
  • Good command in English (both spoken and written).
  • Tourism or project management lever, Bachelor's degree (year 3) required.
  • Comfortable with Word, Excel, and Google Workspace – the basics.
  • Interest in / proficiency with collaborative tools (Notion, Airtable, Canva, ChatGPT, etc.) and AI to enhance efficiency.
  • Organized, curious, and proactive, with strong interpersonal and commercial skills, and a genuine team spirit.
  • A first experience in tailor-made travel, ideally in Indonesia or Asia, is a plus.

Practical Information

  • Tabanan, Bali (Indonesia), in the countryside, away from the city bustle...
  • Full time position : 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday) - Occasional weekend duty during high season.
  • Public holidays and official days off.
  • Annual salary based on profile including annual THR Bonus (13th month, after 1 year contract).
  • All BPJS benefits included.
