About the role

As a Supply Chain Team Leader at Our Client, you will play a crucial role in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of the company's supply chain operations. In this full-time position based in Jawa Barat, you will be responsible for leading a dedicated team to ensure the seamless flow of goods and materials through the organization.

What you'll be doing

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the supply chain team, including planning, coordinating, and monitoring the movement of goods and materials
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory management, warehousing, and distribution processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve supply chain bottlenecks and challenges
  • Analyze supply chain data and generate reports to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
  • Provide mentorship and training to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, regulations, and industry standards

What we're looking for

  • Significant experience (5+ years) in a supply chain or logistics management role, preferably in the manufacturing, transportation, or distribution industry
  • Holds PPJK Certification
  • Able to use SAP
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Familiarity with supply chain software and automation tools
