Company Description

We are a growing group of F&B brands consisting of GAISE Brunch & Bistro, 3 Times Bakery & Kitchen, and Sutbul Modern Korean Dining. Based in Jakarta, we aim to create the city's first pet-inclusive dining experience and provide a lifestyle destination that emphasizes connection, quality, and curated experiences. To strengthen our digital presence and brand storytelling, we are looking for a passionate KOL Specialist to join our marketing team

Role Overview

As a KOL Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and collaborating with key opinion leaders and influencers, developing and executing influencer marketing strategies, monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, and maintaining relationships with KOLs and influencers. The role requires daily communication and coordination with internal teams to ensure alignment with marketing goals and targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage KOL/influencer campaigns aligned with brand objectives.
  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with relevant KOLs across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with KOLs and content creators.
  • Monitor campaign performance, track ROI, and provide detailed reports and insights.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media and influencer trends, ensuring our brands remain relevant and engaging.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaign ideas and ensure consistent brand messaging.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
  • Willing to commute to
    Golf Island, PIK, North Jakarta
  • Fresh graduate is welcome, but passion for F&B is a must
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Driven, obsessed, honest, high accountability, resilient, agile, a life-long learner
