Responsibilities

  1. Prepare and review the Financial statements/ payroll/ tax.

  2. Understand and analyze the client's business requirements, and build good relationships with clients.

  3. Continuously learn and study the industry and technology matters relevant to their role and assignment.

  4. Supervising consultants, actively sharing knowledge with other team members, contributing to updating knowledge sharing, and setting good examples to be followed by consultants.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in
    Accountancy
    or a related field.
  • Proficient in
    English
    and
    Bahasa Indonesia
    ; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Strong
    English writing skills
    , especially for email communication.
  • Proficient in
    spreadsheets
    (Excel or equivalent), with solid knowledge of relevant formulas.
  • Minimum
    4 years of work experience
    in a related field.
  • Strong
    analytical skills
    and
    attention to detail
    .
  • Knowledge of
    tax regulations
    (preferably with Brevet A & B certification).
  • Excellent
    time-management skills
    ; able to work under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and handle multiple tasks.
  • Experience operating
    accounting software
    (e.g., Accurate, Xero).
  • Familiarity with
    ERP systems
    (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Prior experience within the same industry (Consultant) is considered a strong advantage.
