for government institutions, SOEs, and enterprise organizations.

We are hiring a
Senior Consultative Sales Strategist (Enterprise & Government)
with
15–20 years of experience
to:

  • Work directly with the
    Director, General Manager, and NTX leadership team
  • Lead structured, high-quality conversations with senior executives (Directors, Deputy, CIO/CTO, VPs)
  • Diagnose complex organizational, process, and data challenges
  • Shape modernization, integration, analytics, and AI-readiness programs
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder environments in government and corporate ecosystems
  • Contribute to strategic, cross-entity initiatives within
    Penta Sinergi Group.

This role carries
clear commercial accountability
:

You are expected to
turn complex conversations into winnable deals and visible revenue outcomes in the next 6–12 months
, while also building longer-term relationships and opportunities.

We'd particularly like to hear from you if you have:

  • Background in
    management consulting
    (strategy, digital, public sector, transformation), or
  • Senior experience in
    enterprise/SOE transformation, data & analytics, AI, ERP, or integration
    , and
  • A desire to
    move from "advising" into "building and owning" outcomes
    with a commercial mandate.
