SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

As the Warehouse & Transport Planner at PT Jotun Indonesia, you will play a crucial role in planning warehouse replenishment & routing the distribution of the goods to all Jotun's warehouse in Indonesia to achieve effectiveness, customer satisfaction, service, and quality.

The position will be located in our Distribution Center at Cibitung, Bekasi and directly report to Logistic Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and optimize transport routes of goods to customer & Jotun's branches.

  • Handle storage and transportation of in- and /or outbound raw materials and finished goods.

  • Execute the shipments from distribution center to the end-user

  • Track orders using functional systems (e.g., barcodes and tracking software)

  • Coordinate with related parties to ensure proper storage and distribution of products

  • Deal with Customer complain, follow up and report to Management & Customer

  • Monitor and report on transportation costs and other relevant KPIs

  • Execute procedures and guidelines in compliance with local laws and regulations, ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO 45001, JOS, and Jotun's HSEQ Management system.

What We Look For 

  • University background with minimum 5 years of experience in a distribution or logistics specialist role, preferably in the manufacturing or logistic industry

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Strong knowledge of warehousing operations, inventory management, transportation, supply chain processes and HSEQ regulation

  • Proficient in using warehouse management systems and data analysis, ERP & Microsoft Office

  • Fluent in English & Bahasa Indonesia

  • A passion for continuous improvement and a customer-centric mindset

  • Personal Character: Diligent, conscientious, good communication and independent problem solving skills, Good Team work ability

  • Able to work in shifting system and domicile around Cibitung, Bekasi
