Job Description

  • Review and verify EXIM billing invoices; submit to Finance/CF team and prepare related reports
  • Prepare supporting documents for export-import clearance processes, including insurance documents, Power of Attorney (POA) letters, and Delivery Notification Proof (DNP)
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date digital archives of EXIM documentation
  • Compile and submit accurate daily activity reports

Qualifications

  • College students preferably majoring in Logistics, Management Transportation, or a related field
  • Basic understanding of export-import processes and documentation requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting
  • Good organizational skills and ability to manage documentation efficiently
  • Effective communication and coordination skills, especially when working with cross-functional teams
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines

  • Full-time paid internship for 6 months (January-June 2026).
  • Will not graduate during the internship program
