Job Description:

  • Merespon dengan cepat tanggap terhadap laporan fraud yang diterima.
  • Melakukan end-to-end investigasi terhadap kasus fraud yang dilaporkan.
  • Melakukan kunjungan (visit), penanganan, penyelesaian termasuk penagihan langsung atas kasus-kasus yang telah ter-identifikasi nilai kerugiannya.
  • Membuat laporan baik progress maupun hasil penanganan fraudsecara komprehensif
  • Melakukan analisa terhadap data fraud (history, trend, dan potensial)
  • Berkordinasi & menjalin koneksi dengan pihak berwajib/institusi yang berwenang dalam upaya penyelesaian kasus fraud.

Requirements:

  • Mempunyai pengalaman lebih dari 3 tahun dibidang Collection, specifically Field Collection dengan nilai nominal kasus rata-rata diatas Rp
  • Memiliki kemampuan Leadership dan bisa memimpin tim dengan anggota 5-8 orang.
  • Siap & bersedia untuk melakukan perjalanan dinas ke seluruh wilayah Indonesia (saat dibutuhkan)
  • Dapat mengoperasikan Microsoft Office (Excel, Word dan Power Point).
  • Mempunyai keterampilan analisis dan berpikir kritis serta komunikasi yang baik.
  • Memiliki kemampuan pemecahan masalah, kreatif dalam mencari alternatif solusi.
  • Berorientasi pada kecepatan & targetDapat bekerja dibawah tekanan.
  • Dapat berkomunikasi dalam bahasa inggris, minimal Conversation.
