Key Responsibilities Conduct regular visits to all active clients within the assigned area.Serve as the primary representative of the company, maintaining strong client relationships and trust.Maintain active communication with client PICs to ensure all needs are met in a timely manner.Resolve on-site operational issues or escalate them to the relevant internal teams.Identify candidate referral opportunities from existing clients.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and workforce needs in the assigned region.Collaborate closely with the Recruitment, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Minimum Qualifications Bachelors degree in any major (preferably Communication, Business, or Management).At least 1 year of experience in client relations or account management.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Willing to work mobile and conduct business travel.Possess a valid motorcycle/car driving license and own personal vehicle.Professional, well-groomed, and presentable appearance.Proficient in Google Workspace/Microsoft Office and digital reporting systems.
