We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.Responsibilities: Develop and execute international growth strategies aligned with overall business goals.Identify and evaluate new markets for expansion opportunities.Build and manage a high-performing international sales team.Manage key client relationships and oversee contract negotiations.Customize business models to meet local market needs and cultural nuances.Oversee international supply chains, logistics, and customer support operations.Lead, mentor, and manage regional managers and country heads.Manage Brand Development market & trading market as well. Requirements: Experience in international business, expansion, or sales leadership.Proven success in launching and scaling operations in multiple countries.Strong knowledge of global markets, trade regulations, and cultural dynamics.Willingness to travel internationally as required.
