Duties and Responsibilities Develop and implement production plans in line with demand and resources.Oversee UHT, Tetra packaging, BIB filling, canning, and retort operations.Coordinate with supply chain, engineering, and sales to ensure timely delivery.Implement best practices for manufacturing processes and equipment utilization.Monitor KPIs including OEE, yield, and efficiency for continuous improvement.Lead and coach the production team, driving employee engagement and skill development.Ensure adherence to food safety, Halal standards, and regulatory compliance.Prepare production budgets and drive cost-saving initiatives.Support sustainability projects and efficiency improvements.
