As a Marketing Assistant with Givaudan, the global leader in fragrance and flavor industry, you will perform adminis-trative, clerical and data management and analysis tasks in order to ensure efficient operations of the marketing department and support personnel in their duties, according to company’s policies and local requirements. In this exciting role you also will:
- Data collection on market data and consumer trends (global, regional and local level) for ASEAN Marketing Col-leagues.
- Data analysis (information, statistic, consumer trends) for supporting Marketing and Commercial Team request.
- Assisting in development of promotional material for both internal and external use and if needed, deliver the pro-motion for non-major and distributors customers.
- Support various marketing related activities (ie Proactive / Reactive Promotion, Exhibition, Innovation day, etc) by close collaboration with local marketing team

Your professional profile includes:
- Bachelor's degree any major, preferably from Food Technology or Marketing
- 3 years’ experience in similar position, preferably with international company with matrix organisations
- Know how or experience of B2C Marketing (FMCG in F&B preferred)
- Good English communication skill
- Passionate about Food & Beverages, about flavour with a heightened olfactory sense
- Proactive, independent multi-tasker who wants to collaborate and learn together with teams
