- Prepare accurate floor plans, elevations, and sections for construction.
- Develop detailed construction documents, including materials specifications.
- Create high-quality 3D models and renderings for project presentations.
- Utilise 3D modeling software to provide realistic visualizations and design simulations.
- Provide detailed furniture and fixture drawings for custom designs.
- Conceptualise and integrate interior design elements that complement the architectural vision.
- Interior design expertise is a plus.
- Oversee construction sites to ensure adherence to architectural designs.
- Coordinate with contractors and engineers to ensure the highest quality standards.
- Address any design-related issues that arise during construction and propose solutions.
- Ensure project timelines are met and report any deviations to the management.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth communication.
- Prepare and present design proposals to clients, including revisions as necessary.
- Coordinate the acquisition of necessary permits and approvals.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Revit, or other architectural design software.
- Knowledge of rendering software like V-Ray, Lumion, or similar.
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a plus.
- Sustainable design practices, understanding of eco-friendly materials.
- Knowledge of local construction codes and regulations.
- Project management certifications or training.
- Experience with smart home technology integration.
