**Responsibilities**:
Develop architectural concepts, considering client needs, project feasibility, and aesthetics.
Create mood boards and design concepts that align with project goals.
Produce comprehensive architectural block plans, layouts, and detailed drawings.
Prepare accurate floor plans, elevations, and sections for construction.
Develop detailed construction documents, including materials specifications.
Create high-quality 3D models and renderings for project presentations.
Utilise 3D modeling software to provide realistic visualizations and design simulations.
Provide detailed furniture and fixture drawings for custom designs.
Conceptualise and integrate interior design elements that complement the architectural vision.
Interior design expertise is a plus.
Oversee construction sites to ensure adherence to architectural designs.
Coordinate with contractors and engineers to ensure the highest quality standards.
Address any design-related issues that arise during construction and propose solutions.
Ensure project timelines are met and report any deviations to the management.
Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth communication.
Prepare and present design proposals to clients, including revisions as necessary.
Coordinate the acquisition of necessary permits and approvals.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Revit, or other architectural design software.
Knowledge of rendering software like V-Ray, Lumion, or similar.
Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a plus.
Sustainable design practices, understanding of eco-friendly materials.
Knowledge of local construction codes and regulations.
Project management certifications or training.
Experience with smart home technology integration.
