**What will your role be?**
- Reporting to the APS Financial Controller, this role is the key interface between Geo Finance Management / SSC teams located offshore, and local stakeholders who require specific Iocal Indonesian practices, deliverables, and communications
- In relation to Dassault Systemes Indonesia legal entity, you will perform critical local compliance obligations including all tax signatory duties
- You will provide finance and administrative support to Asia Pacific South (APS) and SSC Kuala Lumpur (SSC KL) finance teams to manage local financial processes in accordance with Dassault Systemes outsourced Financial model, as local financial point of contact
- You will oversee invoicing and other financial operations, and support local sales teams to drive revenue growth by maintaining effective and efficient local financial processes and controls, as required
- You will assume Director role as require and assist the CFO in Compliance Oversight

**The Challenges Ahead**

Support APAC Financial Processes under SSC Satellite model
- Maintain Financial Compliance and Process oversight at local level, as part of Geo Finance team, acting as local coordinator for SSC KL, and local external stakeholders such as accounting and tax providers, auditors, Tax officers, other external agencies
- Assist in Tax Audits and other Tax compliance activities, as required under direction from Geo Tax
- Assist in Financial Statement audit as required as part of Geo Audit process, including issue of Annual Financial Statements
- Actively review and update documented financial processes under Satellite model on a regular basis
- Prepare monthly Cash Flow Forecast
- Approve monthly expenditure, including receipt, checking, and matching of incoming vendor invoices in accordance with Dassault procurement policies
- Assist in Intercompany invoicing and analysis as required
- Assist in ad-hoc finance projects as required

Perform and / or review local Compliance deliverable
- Sign monthly WHT, VAT, and Employee WHT certificates and returns
- Sign Company Income Tax Return
- Review and approve Annual Financial Statements, including all tax balances and Operating Margin
- Sign Annual Financial Statements as Director if required
- Assume Company Director Title as requested by Geo Management.
- Prepare and submit annual insurance renewals
- Act as local Compliance Officer by participating in relevant trainings, and reporting any issues noted

Support Revenue Growth through efficient and effective financial controls and processes
- Facilitate understanding by Sales teams of Dassault financial and compliance processes, where this is required
- Oversee the issue of all invoices for Software licenses and subscriptions, working with Dassault sales and CTC teams, and customers as required
- Assist in preparation of financial information for Tender responses where requested by Sales
- Support CTC Collection teams from SSC KL, including AR ledger review, and collaborative management of identified issues
- Complete monthly revenue reporting
- Provide detailed analysis of monthly performance as required

**Key Success Factors**
- Possess a Degree in Accounting or Finance
- At least 7- 10 years of work experience in Financial Management and Taxation compliance in an MNC (small to medium size office)
- Ability to sign the Monthly and Annual Company Tax Returns in the capacity of Company Director, or suitably qualified as Company Staff
- Appropriate qualifications and other requirements to fulfil the tax obligation such as signing tax return
- Good understanding of financial processes and general Compliance topics
- Collaborative style, asks questions and works with all stakeholders to establish best outcomes
- Clear communicator and able to generate concise but informative ad-hoc reports as required
- Familiar with Matrix reporting, and able to work autonomously for extended periods
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
