As the **Operations Manager**, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our luxury villa property, ensuring that guests receive an exceptional experience from check-in to check-out. Your leadership will be key in creating a smooth, efficient, and memorable service environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all operational functions, including front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure top-notch service and efficiency.
- Recruit, train, and manage staff across various departments.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and handle any issues or complaints professionally.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality standards.
- Manage property budgets, control costs, and work towards achieving revenue goals.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience (3+ years) as an Operations Manager or similar role in luxury hospitality.

- Ability to manage budgets and financial reports.
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
