**Position Overview**

As an Affiliate Operations Specialist at BIOTA Smart Home, you will oversee the management and optimization of our affiliate marketing programs. Your key role will be to enhance our affiliate partnerships, ensuring that they contribute effectively to our growth objectives and align with our brand values. You will support our team in creating a robust affiliate network that drives sales and expands our reach in the smart home market.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and optimize the day-to-day operations of the affiliate marketing program, including recruiting and onboarding new affiliates.
- Develop strategies to enhance affiliate engagement, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to promote BIOTA products.
- Monitor affiliate performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improving conversions and ROI.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement promotional campaigns that leverage affiliate partnerships.
- Provide training and support to affiliates, ensuring they understand our products, brand messaging, and promotional guidelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform our affiliate marketing strategies.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or a related field, preferably in the technology or consumer goods sector.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking and reporting on campaign performance.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to effectively manage affiliate partnerships.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms for affiliate program management.
