**Job Description**:

- Is able to works with the segmentations assigned by Sales Manger
- Increases the business volume during weekends and off season period.
- Recommends and implements special promotions (such as gastronomic festival, art exhibitions, tour of the house, airline balls, etc)
- Sales promotions: both room and Food & Beverage; promoting FIT; convention and tour groups business; sales meeting; banquets; cocktail receptions; etc
- Increases revenue from minor operating departments; garage, swimming pool, laundry, outside catering, pastry shop, store rentals, vitrines, secretarial service, etc
- Coordinates all methods to maintain and increase business volume. This includes advertising, sales promotions, personal selling, publicity, community relations, special sales projects, employee training and guest relations.
- Prepares annual sales goals: develop working plans to carry out goals; compare actual achievements against goal; periodically take necessary corrective action
- Submits monthly and weekly sales plan and market analysis (monthly) as well as daily sales/activity reports, which will also include person(s) entertained for sales purposes. These plans and reports will be submitted for all members of the sales staff on the first working day of the month, and by Monday morning of each week.
- The Sales Executive will submit daily and monthly sales activities report to Sales Manager to include all new business booked during that month.
- A weekly sales meeting will be held to include GM, HM, RDM, and Sales Team.
- Performs duties common to all supervisors and other duties as may be assigned.
- Aggressively pursue any potential organizer, and to secure new banquet opportunities.
- Welcomes any potential organizer and introduce the product and show the banquet facilities, as well as other hotel facilities.
- To be aware of competitor pricing & promotions and to prepare a quarterly competitor comparison report.

Work Experience
- Previous supervisory experience in hospitality
- Desire to progress within the Hospitality industry
- Sparkling personality, positive attitude and good communication skills
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
- Excellent grooming standards
- Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
- Strong in Social Event in an advantage.
