**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Conduct inspections to ensure all systems comply with safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs or installations.
- Manage and maintain records of system maintenance and repairs.
- Assist in the installation of new equipment and infrastructure improvements.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests to minimize downtime.
- Ensure energy efficiency and resource optimization in daily operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in MEP systems maintenance or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Hands-on experience with HVAC, electrical panels, plumbing systems, and other infrastructure.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under mínimal supervision.
- Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia (English proficiency is a plus).
- Team-oriented and proactive mindset.
