We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented **MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing)** staff member to assist in the design, installation, inspection, and maintenance of building systems.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in planning, designing, and implementing MEP systems in line with project requirements and standards.
- Review technical drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with industry codes and project guidelines.
- Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, and other project stakeholders to integrate MEP systems.
- Monitor on-site installation and supervise subcontractors to ensure quality and timely completion.
- Conduct testing and commissioning of systems (HVAC, electrical panels, plumbing fixtures, etc.).
- Troubleshoot and resolve MEP issues during construction or in existing facilities.
- Ensure all safety and regulatory requirements are met.
- Prepare progress reports, documentation, and as-built drawings.
- Participate in site inspections and audits for quality assurance.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience (2-5 years) in MEP roles within construction, engineering, or facility management.
- Knowledge of MEP systems, codes, and standards (e.g., ASHRAE, NEC, IPC).
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit MEP, or similar design software is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work on-site and travel if necessary.
