**Position: Mortgage Alternate Channel Manager (MACM)**

**Job description**:
1. Looking for customers to sell Mortgage banking products

2. Establish good relations with internal/external parties to achieve predetermined business targets

3. Responsible for fulfilling the capacity of the sales team under his coordination and evaluating team performance

4. Conducting interviews in the context of recruiting Mortgage Sales Representatives

5. Train Mortgage Sales Representatives to understand the credit process at banking.

6. Monitor promotional and sales activities carried out by the Mortgage Sales Representative both to developers/property agents & to prospective borrowers

7. Maintain debtor credit quality from mortgage sales agents. Check the process of deleting customer data that has been processed from the KPR Selling Agent gadget.

8. Reviewing the monthly performance of the KPR Selling Agent for the purpose of incentive payments & performance appraisal

9. Archiving customer data both hardcopy and softcopy.

**Qualification**:
1. Minimum S1 Education

2. Have experience in leading a Mortgage team

3. Experienced in sales, marketing and operations, especially in mortgage banking min. 4 years.

4. Flexible in communication and has a wide network of connections.

5. Able to build good relationships, especially at the top management level.

6. Have a strong leadership spirit and be able to make decisions

7. Placed in Jakarta, South Tangerang (Alam Sutera) and surrounding areas.
