**FUNCTION**:Technical Shared Services**

**SUB FUNCTION**:Prototyping Hub (Pilot Plant)**

**CITY & COUNTRY: Malang, East Java, Indonesia**

**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

The role is responsible to carry out quality control in SMD and PMD production and prototyping in Pilot Plant, providing quality control report, production planning and scheduling, and maintain quality equipment also budget administration to ensure OTIF delivery with quantity, quality as required. Collaborate with BAT Proto Hub Community and Internal team to Improve the initiatives and opportunities for the simplification and process efficiency in the current process..

**Geographic Scope: Local**

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Direct involve in day-to-day operation for Quality Control to ensure sample production are meet with process specifications, product specifications and agreed schedule.
- Sample preparation and submit analytical request to Analytical Laboratory to ensure smoke, chemical and physical parameter are measure as per requirement from Product Development.
- To identify, analyze root cause problem solving related to PMD and SMD quality data to ensure that sample production is in line with the process and product specification by liaising with Pilot Plant PMD and SMD.
- Coordinates production schedule based on capacity and capability in Pilot Plant to ensure production running as per agreed timeline
- To maintain and continually improve housekeeping as per BAT Guideline to ensure integrity and traceability of material.
- Ensure that aspect of safety, security, health, and environment in the processes of PMD are identified and addressed suitably to promote safe and healthy working environment refer to BAT Guideline.
- Ensure all material, product specification and sample code are aligned with work order by liaising with PMD and SMD team
- Coordinate with QA and Analytical Lab related with equipment calibration, verification and methodology for product quality measurement
- Production Planning & Scheduling by coordination with Ops and Logistic team
- Submit purchase order related with OPEX and CAPEX base on final quotation that provide by PMD, SMD and Logistic Pilot Plant Technician.
- Improve and review the initiatives and opportunities for the simplification and process efficiency in the current process

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Willing to work in team
- Demonstrated self-motivated, personal leadership
- Interpersonal collaboration skills & Effective communication skills
- Ability to work with data and information
- Basic problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with structured problem tools useful but not mandatory
- Solid knowledge of sampling methodology
- Familiar with laboratory instrument
- Computer Literacy and familiar with Quality & Planning digitalization system
- Fluent in English (Reading, writing, speaking)
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
